Our Executive Chef Matija Stefancic has travelled the world seeking out the finest foods to delight your palette. A Brisbane South-sider and self-confessed flavour junkie, Matija has returned home eager to deliver elegant dining experiences as unique as Eves’ stunning riverfront location.

After co-owning his own regional Queensland restaurant and earning impressive reviews at bayside’s Elysium and West End’s Archive, rising star Matija was Stephen Holmes’ ideal choice as the face of Eve’s kitchen. With local produce and seasonal flavours bursting out from his menus, Matija’s culinary team share his commitment to great food and outstanding dining.

The passion and creativity Matija expresses in the kitchen are matched by his thoughtful, considered approach to flavour combinations. This creative process translates into unforgettable cuisine - he loves delivering dishes that look as inviting as they taste.
